:: Essay writing instructions

Please pay attention to the following before registering and submiting an essay:
A. First, download the essay writing template listed below and save it on your system.
B. Then copy the text of your article and paste it in the location file. (Your article must be submitted according to the instructions below)
C. It is necessary to save the original file of your article in word and pdf format on one of the drivers of your computer system.

Essay writing instructions
Please observe the following in preparing your article:
1. The format for writing articles is available on the main page of the Congress website.
2. Review and research articles will be accepted as abstracts of a maximum of 500 words in English for this congress.
3. Articles must be prepared using Microsoft Word Software with Times New Roman font and submitted in (*.doc) format through the conference database.
4. In the text, the title, author’s name, affiliation, e-mail of the Corresponding author, research background, objective, methods, results, and conclusion should be included in the articles.
* Do not include additional titles in the article.
5. All accepted articles will be presented in the conference booklet.
6. When submitting an article to the congress database, register the authors' information and upload the article file correctly (by downloading and opening it on the article information screen).
7. The submitted article must be submitted completely and without defects so that it is ready for printing. Scientific, spelling, and technical errors influence judging, and the conference is not responsible for correcting possible errors.
8. LIP (Language Interface Pack) software or other error-finding software can help you find text errors.
9. The articles will be reviewed by the congress's scientific committee and judges, and the results will be announced on the conference website.
10. Papers will be presented as speeches or posters.

Basic information about submitting a new article
After registering on the site and preparing the article according to the instructions above, send your article from the following path:
1. First, enter your user panel.
2. From the article submission menu, register the basic information of your article (note that in the article submission form you can only submit the abstract of your article!).
3. To send the original of your article, after completing the article submission form and registering it, go to the article status menu and send the original of your article from there (if you do not send the relevant files, your article will not be sent for judging).
4. Pay the relevant fees (failure to pay the fee means withdrawal from participation in the congress).
