According to the news committee of the Fourth National Congress and the First International Congress of Applied Microbiology, the slogan design contest for the International Congress of Applied Microbiology was held from January 13th to January 27th, with over 50 creative slogans received. Among the submissions, various slogans highlighted the characteristics and importance of microorganisms, making the judging process challenging.

After judging and evaluating the received slogans by the judges of the Best Section of the Iranian Society of Microbial Sciences and Technologies, the following slogan was selected as the winner:

"Microbes: Tiny solutions to Big problems"

This slogan was submitted by Ms. Mehrnaz Mohammadi, who was awarded a 100% discount code for congress registration as a prize. The Fourth National Congress and the First International Congress of Applied Microbiology, with a special focus on the production and application of bioactive microbial products, will be held at the University of Isfahan on May 14th and 15th, 2025. Early registrants can benefit from special registration fee discounts. This Congress is organized by the University of Isfahan in collaboration with the Iranian Society of Microbial Sciences and Technologies.
